Your Spring Surprise
Hey Matthew,
Welcome to your new home in the east end. With that brutal winter out of the way. The east end has the best parks in my opinion. Whether you like nature, views or sports. Here’s a list of some of the best and underrated parks you can visit in the east end once the weather turns.
Riverdale Park East
Perhaps the best Toronto skyline view in the whole city. Whether you want to run laps, hill sprints or you just want to relax and take in the view. Park right on the street and enjoy.
Withrow Park
Ball/ice hockey, off-leash dog area, soccer leagues, basketball, outdoor gym, splash pad, farmers market, and plenty of benches to relax. Withrow Park is like Trinity Bellwoods but for grown-ups. Community lives here.
Greenwood Park
The often over-looked 4-season gem of Greenwood park. Hockey and skating in the winter, outdoor pool in the summer, well-lit baseball diamonds, outdoor gym and a farmers market.
